Folly Farm Centre is a fully sustainable and eco-friendly event venue based in 205-acres of beautiful nature reserve in the heart of Somerset.

Folly Farm is owned by Avon Wildlife Trust, and all of our profits are gift-aided back to the charity to support their work on nature education and engagement.

The venue can be used for conferences, weddings or private group stays. We also organise many educational programmes for schools, families and adults, supplied by Avon Wildlife Trust.

Organising an event at Folly Farm will leave a legacy for the local area and the future of nature.

Folly Farm Centre is a fully sustainable and eco-friendly event venue, helping to reduce the carbon footprint of your event.

Heating is supplied by a biomass boiler.

Electricity is supplied by a green producer and supplemented by our own solar panels.

All waste water is filtered through a reed bed and willow tree system.

We try to use local produce for food and beverages wherever possible.

Our cleaning chemicals and toiletries are natural and traditional, with minimal plastic waste.

The wood for our log burners is supplied from our own nature reserve.

Folly Farm is located within a 250-acre nature reserve, in the centre of Somerset, an area that used to be known as Avon.
